Sorry about the redundant posts, I don't know what is up with that.  Just be
assured that I am not being persistent about posting, it is just doubling up
for some reason.  Maybe one of you techies have some advice on that.

4.0/258 Conversion - Major Coolant Leak14 Mar 2004 15:18 GMT10
I just finished 95% of my 4.0 Conversion on my 85 258 CJ7.  The jeep started great yesterday.  Today I was driving it to get the 02 sensor and exhaust finalized.  2 miles into the trip smoke started coming from under the speedometer.  I pulled the Jeep over and shut it off.  I ...
Seat belt help14 Mar 2004 12:47 GMT2
Well, I've about got my wife's new(to her) YJ squared away.  I've
fixed the converter and muffler, I've fixed the cracked exhaust
manifold, I've fixed the coolant leak and the oil leak, and put a
stereo in it.  About the only things I have left to do are the rear

gasoline was cheaper, so he pumped the 87-octane formula into his
Jaguar. The Internet consultant already had downgraded from premium to
I FOUND A 76 CJ514 Mar 2004 04:11 GMT10
Oh, help.  I "found" a 76 CJ5 forsale close to home.  I was amazed at the
condition of this Jeep.  Floors are original, tailgate original.  Inner
fenders original.  The only rust I could find was on the floor near the side
at the door entrance where water usually sits.  The owner ...

New to Jeep, new to group.  2 questions:14 Mar 2004 00:50 GMT6
Hi all!  I just bought my first Jeep - a 1999 Wrangler TJ 4.0L Sport.  It

talking with you all.  Here are my questions:
Identifying Jeep parts.13 Mar 2004 23:57 GMT7
Have a bit of a techy question, here goes! My sister has bought

I'm referring to the pin that holds the back seat into one of the mounts on the

I have read about the resistors being the culprit when your switch
only works on the high setting, but my switch works on the 2nd setting
as well as the high setting.  Is this the resistor pack as well, or
has my switch started to go bad?  I have a multimeter, but what
