I just noticed that the brake lines starting with the proportioning valve
have been reworked on my recently acquired MJ. I haven't traced all the
altered lines but for one thing the height sensing valve has been bypassed.
Maybe this explains wht the dash light is always illuminated. ...

Use what is at hand is the mantra.  Ever wonder where some of those jury-rigged
things on your ex-military jeep came from? Some, not all might be 'in the
field' quick repairs. And it still goes on today.

I am looking at buying a 3 year old, high end Jeep product with leather
seats and all the bells.
1 Are they reliable?
2 How much would I expect to pay in Canada?

Used since last fall, powdercoated ASP underdrive pulley for 5.2's and
5.9's, I got the correct belt which they don't supply, nice mod for cheap,
i'm slowly returning the jeep back to stock. $75 shipped.

Can anyone tell me what the recommended interval is for replacing the
fuel filter in a TJ?

I was having idle roughness, but cured most of it
by fixing minor vac leaks (broken hard plastic lines)

What do most of you sent your lug-nut torque to?
My 04 Grand cherokee manual states to set them between 80 - 115 ft. lbs.
Just curious where in that range I should be.
