XJ Door Hinge - I'm in trouble!18 Apr 2004 02:13 GMT28
I'm trying to replace the hinge pin on my '92 XJ... left front lower pin
WILL NOT come out! I've removed the header panel...fender...door for access
and no luck. I ended up cutting the pin from the hinge but the top and
bottom is still stuck in there... any ideas?
Air tank to refill tires18 Apr 2004 00:19 GMT44
What size air tank would I need to carry to refill 4 31x10.5x15 tires
from 18psi to 35psi?
I would prefer to have onbaord air and not have to carry the tank, but
the compressor setup is $515CND, and the air tank is only $12-$25CDN.

96 XJ 4.0 AT loses power when you make hard left turns.  The seller was
*very* upfront w/this detail long before I did a test-drive.  What do you
all think?

CJ7 Frame Needed17 Apr 2004 19:02 GMT2
I'm looking for a CJ7 frame any year in Northern VA.  I only need the rear
half about a foot forward of the wheel wells, so front end damage is not an
issue.  Rear suspension and axle with wheels is a plus.
Thanks

Buying a half restored CJ - help needed17 Apr 2004 06:19 GMT4
Brief history - I had an '82 CJ-7 needing cosmetic repairs and never
had time for it. Sold it.  Regretted it.  Bought a TJ.  Miss the ol'
CJ.
I'm looking at one now that has had sheet metal repairs and had any of

Shock Question16 Apr 2004 23:51 GMT4
I have the RE 4.5 Super-Flex kit in the garage but the Doestch shocks are
backordered a good three weeks.  I liked them because they are good and
inexpensive (Cheap) and if I break one, so what.  So, what would be a good
alternative - even higher priced.  What's your favorite.  I've ...
hooking up plug wires on distributor16 Apr 2004 23:42 GMT36
Hi all.  Just wondering...  Suppose your 304 V8 caught on fire and the
distributor burned up...  So you removed it and ordered a replacement.
Plug wires all burned up too.  Now you get the new distributor and
plug wires.  Can you just choose whatever terminal you want on the

Doing the surfing bit and ran across this site.
