I got my Jeep for about a year now and all has been, well, not exactly
smooth sailing but I coped. But 2 days ago, as I was locking the car,
the interior dome lights and the front seat courtesy lamps simply
refused to go off. At first I thought one of the doors were ajar. But

falling just below and just above 1,000 RPM. It doesn't do it all the
time and restarting will usually stop it for a while. I took it to the

it and my search didn't find the good one. Any help?  Trying to

Tire pressure06 May 2004 20:38 GMT8
My new Jeep Cherokee (Liberty) has Goodyear Wrangler ATR 235/70 R16 tires.
The recommended tire pressure should be on the drivers door post but I have
looked everywhere and can't find it (they must have forgotten to stick the
lable on!).  Can anybody tell me what the recommended ...

I'm on Mountain Time!06 May 2004 17:35 GMT28
Well, we went and did it! Quit our jobs, packed up a moving truck and moved
all our worldly belongings to Colorado.
I wish is was a spontaneous as that sounds... But in reality this is the
result of two years of planning, and about twelve years of wanting. I've

2003 TJ Subwoofer and speaker replacement06 May 2004 11:03 GMT10
Hey Folks,
I just replaced the stock CD player in my TJ with a Kenwood unit and it

still doesn't sound bad.  The main difference with the Kenwood is the bass.

I was on my way back from Julian this afternoon when I guy about a

How to patch soft top06 May 2004 03:45 GMT9
I just picked up a used OEM soft top, half doors and uppers. All in good
shape except for one hole in the driver side sail. At $400.00 I couldn't
resist. What is the best way to repair the hole? It's small, more like a
cut. I also am looking for the brackets for rear window to the ...
Is my Jeep lifted?06 May 2004 03:14 GMT18
I have had my 81 CJ5 for 6 years.  I have always thought that it did not
have any extra lift.  But while researching the steering problems, many of
you have told me it may be due to a lift.  What should I look for to see if
it is lifted?   I have 10.5 x 31 tires.
POR15 under Rhino?06 May 2004 03:05 GMT7
I am getting ready to have the tub sprayed (quoted $450.00 by Rhino

liner and the metal? The only place where the paint is partially gone
is on the driver's side where it has been worn away.
