I have a week old 04 wrangler and have noticed a strange ( to me at least ) noise occuring. At slow speeds, when I turn left or right, I "feel" something sort of 'pop' at my feet underneath the vehicle. It does seem to be consistent and occurs on whichever side im steering

I am going to attempt to change the transmission oil in my 2001 TJ (4L) w/ the NV 3550 5 speed manual transmission. I have the Mopar recommended fluid, but do not have the proper size hex bit for the drain/fill plugs. I measured the I/D across two opposite faces with

Since I've had this jeep I've had like a "shimy" or sometimes even a violent vibration when letting out the clutch in either first or reverse. It's actually the worse in Reverse. I can sometimes rev the engine higher and get through it easier but it still happens to some extent. ...

Thinking about purchasing an Unlimited, but want to get an idea of what kind of gas mileage people are getting on late model TJ's. Gas here is 2.29/2.39/2.49 <<ouch>> at most places, with a few stations a dime lower across the board.

Well, I was servicing the 04 TJ and 04 WJ and both have 4.0L engines the WJ is the wife's and the TJ is mine. You would think after all these many years that Chrysler Corp would have their sh.t together but, their I go thinking again.

I am looking at the Class II receiver hitch for my 1981 CJ5. J C Whitney has it for $99.95 I have the 15 gallon fuel tank. Does anyone out there have one of these? Is it a good receiver? Or are there any other recomendations. All I really want to do is pull a small 10 ft ...

Great afternoon all! I need to replace my steering bell crank. It's pretty much toast. It has a 7/8" shaft though I cannot seem to find any parts that are for the V6 version of my Jeep. Is the 4 cylinder, 7/8" shaft the same as the V6??
