Flushing the cooling system?06 Jul 2004 21:56 GMT18
Can I use one of those backflushing kits with my 93 Cherokee 4.0? Will
that valve (I think I read it was a valve) that the heater hoses connect
to interfere with flushing this way?
Thanks.
wireless remotes for winches06 Jul 2004 21:38 GMT4
Anybody ever heard of tecinnovations wireless winch remotes? If so,
are they any good. I've tried to use the ramsey remote system, but it
has a bad delay when you press the buttons.

Flasher fuse question06 Jul 2004 21:22 GMT8
I have a 93 Cherokee 4.0L and my turn indicator flashers have stopped
working. I noticed that the fuse gets very warm to the touch. I pressed
all the fuses in to make sure they were secure and for a few seconds my
flashers started to work, then stopped again. I want to replace the
Land Rover/Range Rover engines and Chevy Novas?06 Jul 2004 21:02 GMT15
I remember reading that Chevy Novas (which had overhead cams!) had a great
motor slated to go in them that was sold off to Land Rover/Range Rover. I think
it was the same block as the Chevy Nova but was all AL? Does anyone know more
about this?
Camp Jeep California06 Jul 2004 19:36 GMT16
So I'm watching the tube and I see an advertisement for Camp Jeep California
so I go to the puter and check it out.
I'm shocked to find the price is 335.00 for the weekend.  So I try to find
out what's included.  Does anyone know?  Is this price per family/person?
TJ got raided for food out camping!06 Jul 2004 18:15 GMT22
LOL!  Well, that was a first for me!
I was out camping in the deep bush with a friend in his TJ and we were
being careful about garbage and any open food or smells because there is
a nuisance bear warning in the general area.  Politicians stopped the
FS: CJ7 parts, 258, weber carb, etc...FL Panhandle06 Jul 2004 11:47 GMT2
I have a few CJ7 parts that I'm selling. The 258 with 4wd hardware aluminum
valve cover, hedman headers, flowmaster muffler, weber carb - $650 takes it
all.  Will take offers on each piece and would consider shipping the smaller
stuff. Right now it's still in the jeep, but I'm ...
1999 Cherokee Classic front end noise - help needed.06 Jul 2004 02:12 GMT9
I recently purchased a 99 Cherokee classic 2wd with about 80k miles on it.
Runs great except for a strange squealing noise from the front end.  Sounds
like an electric motor with a bad bearing, that kind of squeal.  Does this
intermittently only at highway speeds (50mph to 70 mph).  ...
I hate Walmart - a little long06 Jul 2004 02:07 GMT33
Begin laughing now....
I bought tires at Walmart for my 1989 Wrangler.
Ok, now stop laughing.
They had a great deal on Goodyear Wrangler Radials 235-75/R15,  $50 a tire!
Prefered transmission oil for 89 Charokee?06 Jul 2004 00:25 GMT13
I recently bought a 89 Charokee that's in very good condition for a 15 year old
car. Every other car I owned and belonged to a newsgroup for there has been a
prefered transmission lubricant. I find the transmission on my xj to be a
little stiff to shift. My daughter has a grand ...
Factory Rust-proofing05 Jul 2004 21:40 GMT4
Just how good is it? Is it sprayed on, or is it galvanized?
Wheels on YJ ? Kumho Venture ?05 Jul 2004 21:12 GMT1
