| Universal U bolt ? | 20 Jul 2004 22:17 GMT | 5 |
Are the U bolt upgrade from the strap type made of anything special, or can I just go get the right size stainless U bolts at the local lumber yard? Also does a LockRight locker require the limited slip additive?

| Help with Tools to cut frame | 20 Jul 2004 17:41 GMT | 9 |
What tool can I use to cut a 1962 Willys CJ5 frame? I have a small Porter Cable 2HP 6 Gallon compressor. Also, I have a nice sawzall, but don't think that will work...haven't tried it though. How about a die grinder attached to my compressor? I don't need a nice cut, just a cut. ...

| Source for cargo netting? | 20 Jul 2004 09:30 GMT | 10 |
I want to fabricate a custom cargo net and wonder if there is a supplier of raw netting material - no hems or mounts or borders. I don't want the crappy stamped fabric "tailgate net" sold in discount auto parts stores - I prefer sewed nylon webbing or similar.

| Disappointed | 19 Jul 2004 23:54 GMT | 15 |

| oil capacity question | 19 Jul 2004 23:18 GMT | 13 |
The Jeep 258 motor holds 5 quarts or, 6 with filter change. However, there is no way the tiny Jeep filter holds a full quart -- maybe 1/2, if that. When I change the oil and filter and add 6 quarts, the oil level is above the fill mark. So I am thinking of going with 5 1/2 quarts ...
