Can the 4.0L belt be changed from an A/C to a non-A/C belt to take out the

As I've posted before, I'm looking to do an axle swap, so when I upgrade my
tires to 33s and regear, I do it right the first time.  I found out today I
can get an 8.8, drum to drum, with LSD, for $200 + shipping (I've been told
that'll be about $200...).  So, $400 for a "new" axle.  ...

I have a set of nerf bars installed on my 2003 Jeep X.  They bother
the hell out of me because they squeak, everytime I come to a stop/hit
the brakes.  The reason they squeak, is because the body mounts that

XJ. After reading this newsgroup I tried cranking down my gas cap a little more
and now no more Check Engine light. The thing I'm wondering is why does the

Hello;
I replaced my wires, cap, rotor, and plugs last year on my '99 TJ 6 cyl.
Now I've got a slight (but getting slowly worse) misfire at all RPM's.
First thing I'd like to try is replacing the ignitions parts with OEM.

Fyi ... just did a little trip to Georgian Bay area from Ottawa in my '96
Cherokee 4 lite HO Command-Trac with 4 spd auto. At about 100 km/hr at about
1800 rpm, the mileage worked out to 10 lites per 100 km (630 km, 63 litres)
which works out to about 24 mpg US ... a conversion site
