84 XJ steering box19 Oct 2004 20:26 GMT12
What's it take to rebuild a power steering box on an 84 XJ?  Or would it be
better to just replace it?  Mine's developed a leak but I can't quite tell
where.  There's been an increasing amount of wiggle in the steering that
sort of oscillates at around 50-60mph.  How do I tell which ...

My '76 CJ-7 is going to get a different frame.  There is a large boneyard
nearby that I am going to visit tomorrow morning.  I want to buy a frame for
my '76 if they have anything that can be salvaged.  My question, what year
frame will work with my current setup.  It has the 360 ...

Carb question for AMC 15019 Oct 2004 00:18 GMT2
What is a good carb to use for this (off-road).  The stock carb sucks, the
computer control sucks, the nutter bypass does not solve all of the trouble.
I just need to know what a good replacement carb would be that does not have
computer control.
air injection plugs18 Oct 2004 23:25 GMT2
So here I was Sat. morning following a guy going about 45mph on a 55mph
road for about 6 miles, and I was in a hurry.  Finally got to a section
where I could pass him with no oncoming traffic.  Downshift from 5 to 4
and power by him, get just about past him and all of a sudden my ...

ZJ on crack. :(18 Oct 2004 18:42 GMT6
Found where that odd noise was coming from
and probably another contributing factor
to my rough idle.  Stupid exhaust header
has a crack.  Didn't notice it earlier since
