Well look like my problem with my abs is the passenger TONE WHEEL. Mechanic
said he had to replace the whole axle, Some theet on the TONE WHEEL are
completely gone. Can anyone tell me if the parts imself can be replace ? or
i really need to replace the axle ?

My current beater is a 90 XJ 5spd 4.0 with 3.07 gears (D35/D30), 31" tires.
One of my part XJ has the same axles as the beater with the exception of
4.10 gears.  Could I swap the gearing over to the XJ with 3.07?  All I am
looking for is a little more gearing.  If this thing makes ...

Went from 3.08 to 4.56 (based on suggestion from this group) on the TJ.  Now
running 3K RPM at 75 mph, a little high to suit me. Plenty of power in 5th
gear!  Probably go with 35's when I ware out the 33's... should be just

difference between it and the '97 I used to have is I'll have the 4.0L and a
hard top. Don't know what I'll do in the summer yet - I'll be too broke for
a while to spring for a soft top. Maybe a bikini ...

I'm looking at a 78 CJ7 all original, 304 with Quadratrac. I'm not real
familiar with the quadratrac is it reliable and tough? Or should I steer
clear and stick with the danas and t-176, t18 etc. Also with the 78 -the 304
is not as de-tuned as later models -right?

Hey everyone i have a 97 jeep wrangler that has had a 10" rockford sub
in the rear for less than a year.  The sub blew so i purchased an
infinity reference 12" sub.  I ordered a 12" truck box from ebay but
it turns out that the box is too thin for the sub an the sub hits the

We have a '93 ZJ with V-8.  The Jeep is 12 years old with 90,000
miles.  A couple of years ago it started to have a roughness that
comes and goes.  I have eliminated tires and balance as a source.
Also the motor mounts have been replaced.  Now I am looking at the

of body (with dimensions or scale).Here in Poland there is lack of such
documentation, plastic scale models etc...
Body-model is rather simple to build, but I need dimentions ... :)
