Easy ways to keep POR 15 out of bolt holes on frame? It has been suggested to put bolts in the holes, vaseline, or just re-tap the holes afterwords. Any other tricks?

I want to know if anybody out there in Jeep land has a stock (not dropped) pitman arm that they would be willing to part with? I ordered some springs and I'm going to begin the transformation soon. I'll buy a new one if I must, a used one if I can.

Ebay number 2497358138 4 cyl, 2wd, right hand steer. Advertised as a CJ 5, but has the wrong doors. Does not appear to be a DJ either, they are straight in front of the doors like that, but rounded toward the rear door. Any idea?

Hey all, Recently my 90 yj 5 speed has been acting up. It is very tough to shift into 1st gear every once in a while, and it grinds going into reverse. Any thoughts? What could be causing this?

Which ways up? The stock mounts have a flange (or what I might call a saddle) on one end that the rubber sets on. I assume that would be on the bottom?

I tried removing my doors the other day but they just wont come off. I took the nuts off the bottom and tried to lift them off but they wont go. Is there something else that I have to do? Is there some sort of technique? Thanks

I just got a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Anyone know where the color code is stamped? It's already time to get rid of the fake chrome grille and get a painted one. Thanks,

is there any way to disable the system? Mine keeps going off when I get in the vehicle. I don't really need it and if it can be disabled I would do it. thanks
