I'm driving an 02 GC that's getting close to 50,000 miles. I know most fleets seem to rotate/trade their cars @ 3 years or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first). Is there a good reason for this? Do jeeps resale/tradein values flux much?

I just purchased a 2nd-hand 1994 Cherokee with the 5-speed manual, part-time 4WD tranny. The previous owner told me that you needed to back it up to unlock the hubs after having it in 4WD. I had to do this for my 88 Trooper. But I haven't seen anything in the Jeep owner's
