Fuel/Air gauge install (part 1)07 Mar 2005 02:02 GMT2
Getting there.  The case is made out of 2" schedule 20
pvc (which has to be sectioned and sqooshed a bit) to
make the internal diameter 2", otherwise you have to use
schedule 40 PVC, too bulky.
How to check Master Cylinder07 Mar 2005 01:11 GMT1
How do you check the M. c. on a YJ 1993, to see if it's working?
Help! 4x4 Trouble-89 Cherokee (XJ)07 Mar 2005 01:03 GMT4
I just bought an '89 Cherokee 4.0L with the Selectrac 4x4 with both
Part-Time and Full-Time 4X4. The vehicle just had the transfer case
rebuilt as well as the hubs replaced. Everything seems to be working
okay with the 4 wheel drive, however at times the Part-Time light
Be back later!06 Mar 2005 23:43 GMT2
I'll be gone from Tomorrow, March 4, 2005 to Saturday, March 12, 2005. I'm
headed to a village in El Salvador with my company in cooperation with the
Los Agros foundation. http://www.Agros.org/. La Esperanza, a remote village
deep in the highlands, is our final destination.
1970 Jeep Commando06 Mar 2005 22:36 GMT2
A co-worker of mine had to clean up his storage area recently, and had to
get rid of this.  The body is in 1/2 way decent condition.  It has
Buick's 225-V6 in it.  The transmission, transfer case, and driveshafts
are missing (no clue as to they're where-abouts).  I have no ...
Retrofitting power locks to a '00 YJ Cherokee06 Mar 2005 22:08 GMT1
Thinking of retrofitting central power locks to my '00 YJ Cherokee.
What I'm wondering is, are the door structures and wiring harnesses on a
2000 YJ standardized enough that all I'd have to do is bolt in the correct
pieces/parts from a junkyard ? I'm aware that I'd probably also ...
Differential Question - YJ06 Mar 2005 21:40 GMT1
I have a 93 YJ - 2.5" OME suspension and I am chomping at the bit to get
some 31 x 9.5's put on. More importantly I know I need to get at least one
locker put on.
This is a daily driver, and will mostly see mud and snow when off-road

Electrical gremlins06 Mar 2005 19:31 GMT3
You guys did such a good job with my last dilemma I've another.  My lights
flash on and off occasionally, my horn works when it wants and it hasn't
wanted in weeks on my 94 wrangler. replaced relays, fuses; tracked wires all
over.  I remember having the same headlight problem ...
OMG - Bill's gonna Crap!06 Mar 2005 18:31 GMT26
Consumer Reports gave a "CU Recommended" to the Jeep Liberty in it's
latest Auto Issue!  Their repair section shows the Liberty improving in
reliability each year - Though I think my Brother-In-Law might have more
than a few comments about that.
Bill. 90YJ chassis electrical 1990 with 2.5L06 Mar 2005 15:19 GMT5
Bill, do you have the "real"

file instead of this cheap chilton manual on this,
or how to trouble-shoot what im doing, with this alternator?
Spare tire, third brake light, and mirrors06 Mar 2005 15:16 GMT1
I have just purchased a 97 Wrangler that has a couple of problems I need to
correct.  The brake lights have all been removed and replaced with flush
mounted LED lights.  The spare tire holder and original third brake light
have been removed.  I need to add a spare tire holder and a ...
Stolen06 Mar 2005 05:31 GMT2
Well, it happened.
2001 Jeep Cherokee sport (the one I've asked all the questions about on
here) was stolen from the parking lot where I work. Last person to see
it was an employee (that I know) at 3 PM. Came out to leave at 5:45ish,
Where to Put Front Tow Hooks06 Mar 2005 03:53 GMT3
When I bought my 2000 Jeep TJ, I had the dealer install a Mopar brush gaurd.
This brush gaurd bolts through the bumper and onto the frame at the same
place where my tow hooks used to be.  Is there somewhere else I could mount
the tow hooks on the front (without attaching them in ...
new distributor Q06 Mar 2005 01:49 GMT7
A couple weeks back, in one operation, I replaced my Dist., the cap & rotor,
wires, plugs, and Crank sensor. All because it was difficult to start, then
wouldn't start.
Right away I had a shudder, or periodic buck. I knew something was amis.
