I loaned my jeep (1999 XJ limited) to a friend who drove it to Wallmart and back (about an hour total). The next time I drove it, she was "locked" in 4WD, the kind that ain't supposed to be on dry pavement. The person who dove it swore she never touched the shift lever, and the

| Bill, I bet you know, Cuda D60?? | 06 Apr 2005 08:58 GMT | 11 |
Yesterday on a Barett-Jackson auction from Palm Beach, Florida, they had a '71 Cuda Hemi. They said it had a D60 w/4.10 gears and disc brakes from the factory. Was this car's rear end an odity? It seems like with the wheel base and lug pattern this would have made a perfect swap ...

Who on this NG is in the DFW area? Just wondering where folks are meeting/wheeling around here. I've been up to Marshall Creek before, but I understand that they have closed off most of it to only 2 wheelers. A guy at the pool store the other day told me about a place near DFW ...

I have searched the web for any sites out there that detail how to adjust caster on a lifted TJ. But no luck so far. Does anyone have a good site or can you briefly 'splain it to me? After lifting the TJ and getting an alignment, it still wanders all over the road indicating ...

My 95 Grand Cherokee would not start today. It is not getting any ignition. The engine turns over fine but there is no spark from spark plug wires or from the coil. I've tested the coil with a ohmmeter and it checked out fine. I replaced the distributor cap and rotor button, but ...

| XJ Brakes | 06 Apr 2005 01:21 GMT | 21 |
The brakes on my 89 Pioneer are getting pretty weak, even though when I bought it about 4000 miles ago it had new pads/shoes all the way around. The "Brake" light comes on when I push the brakes, usually if I push hard on the pedal, but not always if I am realllly easy on the pedal. ...
