a new reason to be annoyed05 Apr 2005 18:22 GMT4
I bought a wonderful Supertop Sunrider AND the sliding glass door tops back in November.
The installation was ahem, complicated, but once it was done and in place it's awesome.
Now someone has stolen my back window.
All the Bestop dealers I called told me you can't buy a replacement ...

tires.
And for anyone out there contemplating a budget lift kit, I would not

Can I use rainwater to clean my engine compartment???05 Apr 2005 02:48 GMT10
Can I use rainwater to clean my engine?  I am able to contain all of the
water to dispose of it properly.  We are planning on getting a couple of
inches of rain tonight and was curious if the rain would harm the engine in
anyway??

4 cyl. mileage, lift & tire size04 Apr 2005 22:57 GMT49
I have been lurking around here for a while, and last week I took the plunge
and bought my first Wrangler, a new '05 4 cyl. 6-speed SE.
Initial cost and mpg were very important, as this will be my daily driver
and I cover a lot of ground.

I have a rythmic "took took took" sound in the frontend when it's free

sound is gone...I'm going to look at it tomorrow, but can someone offer me a
headsup as to what I might be looking at?

Please recommend a code scanner 04 Apr 2005 20:12 GMT7
I recently posted about an ignition problem with my 1995 Jeep Grand

Crankshaft Position Sensor. Some posters recommended that I do a scan to
find the problem. I don't have a code reader and I'm interested ...

I have read some of the posts regarding this debate and I believe the
consensus is that it is ok to use the warn-type rock bumpers that have the
integrated receiver as long as you follow the weight numbers in the manual.
I am looking into one of these bumpers mainly to haul a ...
