| 95 JGC with oil leak | 22 Apr 2005 02:44 GMT | 6 |
I have a 95 Grand Cherokee with the 4.0L straight six and 108K miles. Where do these things tend to leak from? Rear main seal? Valve cover? It's dripping ... I'm tired of it ... and I'm wondering if there's anything I can really do.

Well, my questions regarding the canister are probably getting a little old, so I figured I'd buy one just in case I needed one. I'd been planning on replacing vacuum lines and doing some "canister" testing this weekend. I called NAPA, they had nothing in their computer and told

| strange rattle noise GONE | 20 Apr 2005 19:22 GMT | 7 |

| grease boots | 20 Apr 2005 14:44 GMT | 9 |
Are there any gotchas or recommendations on replacing torn grease boots on the drag link/tie rod and the steering knuckle/tie rod? Two of them are leaking grease after a little mild trail riding this weekend. I'm thinking that I just loosen the bolt, use a tie rod puller to ...

| 95 JGC Catalytic Converter | 20 Apr 2005 03:59 GMT | 1 |
With 108K miles on it, I've noticed a rattle in the converter. I was under there today and just giving the converter a gentle thump with the heal of my hand, I can hear it. It's not like a bunch of broken pieces (like a ceramic unit that's collapsed) but more like a large chunk ...

| Lateral stress on sway bar mounts | 20 Apr 2005 00:45 GMT | 5 |
The sway bar discos that came with the lift kit on my XJ are too tall - They bottom out on the fenderwell. I re-installed the stock links, but I would still like to have removeable links. The sway bar connects to the axle by the bottom of the link. The bottom of the link rides on a ...
