| 96 Grand Cherokee Water on Passenger Side | 05 May 2005 19:31 GMT | 1 |
1996 Grand Cherokee A/C Every once in a while the front passenger side gets flooded with water from beneath the dash. I think the A/C evaporator pan overflows. Sometimes the A/C does not blow even cool air. Could this be because ice has formed on

90 Cherokee 4.0L back on road after winter, it now overheats. I changed the thermostat and refilled. Still overheats. I thought that maybe it could be an air lock or something, but after playing with the system I can't seem to get it any better. I tried burping the system by ...

| Time for body tub replacement | 05 May 2005 13:56 GMT | 2 |
Well, it's 20 years old next month, and the time has arrived for a fiberglass replacement body tub. Two decades of Ohio winters have taken a serious toll. I've had to relocate the seat belt anchors, and I've patched the floor several times in a futile effort to keep water out. ...

| Re: overheating 4.0L | 05 May 2005 13:32 GMT | 2 |
The thermostat is in the right way, and the rad is newer. The electric fan is not kicking in but when jumped to the battery it will spin. When looking in the overflow bottle the coolant is just barely moving. The jug fills up a bit if I rev the engine. I will take out the ...

We have a 2001 Grand Cherokee Laredo. Just last week, something has changed with the trans and stopping/starting. It appears that from a dead stop, that the trans does not start in 1st, but rather 2nd - I think.
