97 TJ Sport 5spd - 84K
Anyone have a writeup or link on how to install an O2 sensor?  My
"Check Engine" light is on and my mechanic checked the code for me this
morning and confirmed it's coming from the O2 sensor.  I see
Help buying a winch15 May 2005 19:47 GMT11
I have decided to get a winch for my wrangler. I am going to use it to pull
myself out of the mud and sand. I know squat about winches and would greatly
appreicate any advise you could offer in deciding on what to get. I would
rather rely on this group than a salesman.
Help - rear differential blew apart15 May 2005 15:34 GMT5
So I was merging onto the freeway last week when I hear this loud BANG
underneath my YJ.. pulled over to the side, and while I was able to
shift gears, the jeep wouldn't move. Thought the transmission had gone
out. Towed it to a mechanic who said I needed to replace the entire
Wrangler HVAC Fan15 May 2005 15:30 GMT6
Two years ago my 2000 Wrangler HVAC fan died on the lower two speeds while I
was on vacation in Florida.  It wasn't a real big deal because it still
works on hi speed.  I understand that my problem is most likely the resister
bank that the lo/med. speeds feed through and I know ...
Stupid Soft Top Question - Wrangler14 May 2005 22:10 GMT5
I bought a year-old wrangler a couple of weeks ago.
I've  been having fun learning stick all over again, driving on roads
that aren't exactly roads anymore, and all that.  The jeep is a new
toy I've been looking forward to for a while.

What is different between an open diff Dana 44 - 30 spline axle and a
Trac-Lok diff Dana 44 - 30 spline axle?  I am interested in
purchasing the Powertrax No-Slip traction system for my 2000 Wrangler
and I see that they have two different part numbers for open vs.

Grand Wagoneer ABS anti-lock brakes14 May 2005 15:42 GMT2

Stewart Warner gauges14 May 2005 03:34 GMT2
Little dissapointed today when I picked up my new Stewart Warner temp
gauge and sender, $151.00 Canaidan, about $115.00 US and to get home and see
a label on it saying assembled in Mexico. I don't mind paying the price, but
would rather see made in the USA for that cost. Bet ...

97 Grand Cherokee w/ V8- anyone own/owned?13 May 2005 22:35 GMT3
Hey all,  Anyone own a 97 Grand Cherokee with the V8?  I've looked at one
yesterday and was wondering what people thought of the engine, and overall
reliability of the 97 model year for the Grand..
Anyone have the quadra-trac from those years?  Any issues that I should be
poor shifting13 May 2005 21:35 GMT11
Hey all, when my 97 jeep tj (5spd manual) is cold, it's hard to shift
from 1st to 2nd and vice versa. Once it's warmed up a bit, it shifts
alot easier.
Any ideas?
