fuel tank question on '93 YJ17 Jun 2005 04:49 GMT2
i noticed my '93 YJ hasn't gone below 1/4 tank according to the gauge (it's
actually a hair over 1/4 mark)
I figured because it sat a long time, maybe this is where the empty mark
really is. Today, I decided to fill the tank because I was at "that mark"

looking to put a small block chevy in a 92 wrangler. found a web site summit
racing that sell the motor mounts. bolt on  not sure about the tranny. It's
a 700r 4 speed auto. Anyone out ever done this or any suggestions. thanks jd

I was hoping you guys could help me out a bit.  I have a white 97 YJ
Sport with Grizzly rims (15 x 7  I think?) and P225/75R15 tires.  Well
it's time for new tires and I'd like to make things look a bit

ok, so my steering shaft is dangerously pooched. I found out that they are
about $200CAD new. There is a Jeep wrecker that has a bunch for $50, I'll
give a used one a try first to see if I can some life out of it.
my question is...Are these as straight forward to change as they ...

my jeep drives fine then an hr or so while driving my clutch shudders on
release while moving forward in 1st from a stop. the entire jeep shakes
regardless of rpms, then later this condition disappears and can randomly
come back again. the rest of the time it behaves normal.

I will be replacing my tires soon and am looking for opinions. I'm running
mud tires right now, but am thinking of going with an AT because my Jeep is
my daily driver(my wife is very persuesive about the noise level ). I'd like

I've got an ancient '84 XJ that broke a key off in the rear hatch lock
cylinder.  How do I disassemble the lock assembly to extract it?  I've
got the cylnder assembly out of the hatch (which was jammed for other
reasons).  I just can't seem to figure out how to get the cylinder to

My new Jeep has one of those rear view
mirrors which has a compass and temperature gauge in it.
I noticed that it is off by about 5 degrees Celsius.
Is this normal? If so what's the fricken point.
