I've seen a lot of people with stock bumpers take off the plastic corner pieces. Is there a reason for this or does it just look cool?

| '91' XJ: R&R rear bumper | 15 Jun 2005 01:29 GMT | 4 |
Anyone got any gotchas or advice on R&R'ing the rear bumper on a '91' XJ? The bumper has a nice crease in it where I backed into a parking pole that was in my blind spot AND below the window height of the rear liftgate window. I'm hoping to hit up a junkyard and get a matching ...

| 351w into a CJ7 | 15 Jun 2005 00:22 GMT | 2 |
I know the 302w swap into a CJ has been done quite a bit and was wondering if the 351w will go in just as well. I know the motor mounts are the same on both blocks, my biggest concern is header clearance. Has anyone done this swap?

| AX15 transmission | 14 Jun 2005 20:19 GMT | 11 |
I was wondering if we have a transmission god about? I have a problem with my 93' 2.5L standard with a problem shifting between gears. I was told that this was "the syncronizers". Since there are hubs, rings, sleeves, keys and even springs, what are the common faults? Quadratec

| Computer question | 14 Jun 2005 13:26 GMT | 4 |
Someone I know may have fried their computer while welding. They tested all of the circuits by disconnecting the negative battery cable and hooking a test light to see if there is a short but couldn't find one. Is there a way to test the computer easily? The jeep won't hold a ...

| 95 GC Won't Start | 14 Jun 2005 02:40 GMT | 10 |
So my 95 GC won't start now. Ran fine yesterday. Security light is NOT flashing so I know it's not that pain in the a.s. It turns over just fine. The voltmeter looks a bit low, between 11 and 12 volts, but since it turns over fine and everything lights up good, I'm sure it's ...

| OT: Firearms Manufacturer Question | 13 Jun 2005 20:02 GMT | 26 |
I have a feeling either Bill, or Nathan Collier will have good info and a good sugestion, but anyone else is welcome to voice their opinion. I am looking for an AR-15. I have been told by one person that Rock River Arms makes the best AR-15 for the money. He says the RRA is ...

| Spice Half Doors for CJ5 | 13 Jun 2005 19:14 GMT | 3 |
Free to good home. I am cleaning out the garage, and came across a set of spice (tan) doors for a CJ5. These are the Baja doors that are made of a steel frame, perhaps a 5/16ths steel rod frame with canvas covers.
