I have 98 GC 5.9. Engine will die at various speeds, can be under hard throttle or just idle. If driving at 45 mph, it will restart on its own with momentum as though nothing has happened. Sometimes it is a very brief stall(.5 sec - 2) but

Looks like it's time to go diging about in the ZJ again. One of the rear doors power locks isn't working right. Even after cleaning and checking it still stalls out after locking/unlocking more than a few times. Either

I had asked about this issue in a previous post and wanted to share my findings in case anyone else has the same problem. What I thought was sometning loose or vibrating like a tail pipe or heat shield turned out to be me lugging the engine at low speed. I have the 307 rear end

Oil temperature gauges on liquid cooled engines are not that useful, except for R&D. If you want to put one more gauge on think about a coolant pressure gauge. A little thing no one ever thinks of-but it lets you know if you have a problem very effectively. As long as you

My rear defogger has seen better days and needs fixin'. I was wandering if anybody used those repair kits. Or does somebody know of a inexpensive way to repair those little lines on the glass some work most don't. Thanks alot
