I have a dumb question. My 1988 Cherokee turn signal lever won't stay in position when turning right. It stays ok when turning left (yeah , I know, just make left hand turns).

The Grand Cherokee OE tires are the Wrangler ST with 225/75R16 - I was wondering if the 245/70R16 sizes cause any probs with speedometer or front turning clearance under the cowling or any other considerations on going from the 75 to the 70 ?

Since when does 1 more inch cause steering problems? Pulled my stock packs out of my 89 YJ SOA today. Had 8 more good stock packs. I pulled the 4 not as good mains out and stuck them in good stock packs after cutting the spring eyes off. I also added a short leaf to both.
