Well lets see now the master cylider is off, the brake lines are on
order, the front has been disassembled right down to the dust shield
which has been sanded and has a coat of paint on it.
Oh yeah the new bearings & seals are on the work bench along with the

OK, I put the old ATC system into diagnostic mode and here are the following
codes I got.
33 --- circuit open --- Ambient Temp sensor
38 --- circuit open --- Mode Door feedback Circuit

My PS pump died last Thursday and I replaced but have another problem.
The Z-code vehicle lists two possible pumps, one for variable rate and one

After driving more than a few miles or over 50 miles, upon exiting the
vehicle there is a noticible smell of burning rubber.  Anyone have any
ideas what could be causing this? Help.....

Have the chance to pick up a Cherokee for real cheap. Seller describes
problem as:
"strange problem with engine stalling only when trans is in 1st gear. Engine

Hello, Jeep fans.
I have a '93 Cherokee Limited with almost 200k miles on it.  I love
it...  It's been rock solid since the day I bought it.  Unfortunately,
it's developed a problem that's quickly turning into a huge hassle...

well..  I kept checking the tdc/cps sensor and a few other things.  gave
it a tune up..   but my 93 ZJ kept refusing to start again.
It seemed ok for a few days, but then it started again (not starting,
rough idling   especially when the engine was warm.)

Been having brake issues since day 1...at time the pedal goes to the
floor, the brakes grab the right side harder.  All in all it made
driving a true adventure.  Having to pump the brakes really kept me on
my toes literally.

Reposting this, in the hope of a reply...
My GW caught fire behind the instrument panel and burned some wiring and
destroyed the heater control box and panel. All instruments are out, except
the ammeter.

Went out tonight and noticed my back-up lights are not working...what
gives, the whole tailight assemblies are maybe a month old.
I mean it was a plug in assembly.
