Anyone had experience with a possibly sticking starter solenoid on a 95 ZJ 4.0 or similar. The starter is allegedly not the same as the Wrangler, but may be the same as the Cherokee... Symptom: Turn on key. Battery voltage is measured at 12.4 volts at

Bleeding on my 86 cj w/ front disc & rear drums. The rear were no problem the fronts are just producing foam! The manual says I need a special tool to bypass the valve on the end of the proportioning valve.

All, Consumers Reports did a mini test on the Liberty CRD and found that it yielded 18 MPG. The EPA found 26. What are owners actually getting with the CRD?

Is the part time 4WD, as found on my 95 Cherokee Sport, for OFF pavement only or can it be used ON pavement ?? Sorry, but I have no specifics on what transfer case it has, or what axles (But I do know it has tires that are 2 sizes too big) :(

Is there a good online article on replacing a pinion seal anywhere? The manual i have isnt very detailed and some ive read talks of messing the gears up if not done right? For just an oil seal?

I have a 98TJ 4.0L with 5 speed. 97,000 miles I have an intermittant problem the engine. It only happens on occasion (maybe once a week) and ONLY after 30+ minutes of sustained highway speeds. The engine will sudenly begin to stutter, and keeping the foot in the gas will just drop

I have a chance to pick up a 1989 wrangler Sahara. It has 277K on it and has a 6-cyl with a 5 speed. The body has no rust except for the window hinges. Interior is fair at best. Soft top with 1 small tear. Seats usual tears for a jeep. Engine runs rough.
