Looking for advice on a trailer hitch for a 2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo. Go with Mopar or other 3rd party? Looking at towing a utility trailer for mower, lumber, debris, small volumes of soil/gravel (est 1500 lbs max).

I have an intermittent issue with my cherokee where it will not crank over at all. When it does crank over it starts with ease. New battery, starter engages fine. It's not the TDC sensor becasue that issue usually allows the engine to crank over but with no spark.
