Hello All - I just picked up some chrome rims that have some surface rust. Does anyone have any good methods of cleaning these? Can you put anything on them afterwards to help prevent further rusting? The methods that I am aware of are steel wool to clean and wax to prevent

OK those damm tork bolts are at it again. I'm in the mist of a rebuild of my 93 wrangler and have broken the heads off a number of tork bolts. Really not too bad out of the roughly 30 if have freed only 4 broke ott. They have broken clean to the body. Any trick or suggestions.
