1996 Cherokee 1 inch tcase drop03 Feb 2006 08:05 GMT6
Going to be installing a 1 inch transfer case drop and was wondering if
those that have done this had any problems with shift linkage?  Will I
have to do anything with the transmission or tcase linkage for this
much drop?
MORE 94 WRANGLER TITE QUESTIONS03 Feb 2006 02:37 GMT14
'Four-Wheeler's Bible' states that a 31x10.50 tire can be used on a Wrangler
YJ without any vehicle lift needed. My question then is what wheels would be
needed for this size tire. The local Jeep dealer tells me they could be
mounted on stock wheels but it would not be the right ...
5.9 Hi-Po Intake Manifold03 Feb 2006 00:52 GMT11
I'm remembring a road test of a Mopar Parts high performance intake manifold
for the 5.9 Magnum engine but can't seem to recall where it was.
The test installed the intake in a GC 5.9 and became a tire smoker as a
result.

Dana 30 TrueTrac02 Feb 2006 18:18 GMT3
Application charts state that they are not suitable for installation on
axles with a vaccum axle disconnect.  I've heard that they can with
certain modifications.  Something about drilling and installing some
sort of pin somewhere.  Has anyone accomplished this mod and/or in some

PCV rattle 98 JGC 5.202 Feb 2006 05:21 GMT9

Oil leak success story02 Feb 2006 01:39 GMT1
I've been battling an oil leak on the front of my 360 for a couple of
weeks. It has been there months, maybe years, but has recently gotten
worse. I couldn't tell exactly where it was coming from, but it was up
front, near the oil pump, and was dripping off the oil pan lip onto the
Power steering 89yj 4.201 Feb 2006 14:29 GMT10
I would like to do a flush and fill of the power steering system.
I was thinking of draining the old, then using ATF fluid to do a flush (so
fill it and then drive around the farm for 1/2 hr) then draining and putting
in the right powersteering fluid in.

Just in case anyone is interested, I found out today that 91 XJ that was

be re-incarnated into some sort of Toyota.
R.I.P, fair XJ.
