1991 Wrangler 2.5L problem14 Feb 2006 04:05 GMT9
I have a 1991 Wrangler with a 2.5 liter fuel injected engine. I have
been working on restoring it for a little while but now that I have it
where I can drive it, I have a problem somewhere. I have no clue what
or where the problem is. All I know is that when the engine is at an
Grand Cherokee Lights stay on14 Feb 2006 01:31 GMT3
My 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee's lights come on randomly - even with the
light switch set to OFF. Last night I had to pull the battery cable to
get them off. Anybody got any hints as to what may be causing this?
I've tapped around and pulled on wiring harnesses with no effect.

Gas Milage13 Feb 2006 20:31 GMT9
I am the proud new owner of my first jeep.  It is 2005 Wrangler Sport with
about 10000 miles on it.  My question is the gas mileage seems pretty bad.
Is the gas mileage bad on all jeeps or is there something that I can do
different to increase my mileage?
89 YJ lift question.13 Feb 2006 18:17 GMT4
I recently aquired an 89 YJ six cylinder hardtop. Looking at 4' lifts
currently available. After doing tons of searching on this newsgroup I
have noticed that people highly praise Superlift, OME, RE, and BDS for
YJ's. I have not seen any opinions regarding Black Diamond after having
seen on ebay: the bumper mobil!13 Feb 2006 15:33 GMT15
LOL, "be prepared for attention anywhere with this thing"
Take a look at it, I suspect the attention he mentions is something akin
to the old saying "they're not laughing _with_ you".

interested in a new set of takeoffs for my '01 Cherokee. Prefer the

and price. I'm located in NE Texas DFW area.
Not a darn one of you can say my KJ is not a REAL Jeep12 Feb 2006 19:19 GMT18
We know that Jeeps are notorious in the nickel and dime sense.
Admit it, a little thing here, a little thing there.
Anyway... she's a REAL Jeep, no doubt about it now.One little thing at a
time.
Dealer recommendation in OC, Calif?12 Feb 2006 10:38 GMT1
I live in the south-west corner of Orange County and would like to hear
positive and negative comments about the local Jeep dealers.    The 3
closest to me are Long Beach, Huntington Beach, and Garden Grove.     I
recently purchased an '04 Rubicon which still has some waranty ...
MORE FRIGGEN HORSE POWER!12 Feb 2006 10:20 GMT37
I have decided to do an overhaul on the 93 XJ and am looking for advice
on HP and TQ adding options that won't cost more in labor, parts cost
is ok. It is going to be bored anyhow and a new cam is going in it. I
was thinking maybe doing an RV cam and maybe a stroker crank but I am
Jeep sometimes won't start12 Feb 2006 02:45 GMT5
We have a problem with our 95 Grand Cherokee. Sometimes it won't start --
won't turn over or anything, like it's completely dead. If we leave it alone
for an hour or so, it will start up -- only the clock on the computer is
flashing 12:00, like it was completely without power.
