I have noticed a noise in my YJ that I thougth was the throw out bearing as it goes away when the clutch is pressed(while sitting in the seat), but by listening in the engine bay the squeak sounds like it is up front around the water pump. I have not had some one else press the ...

My son, a 3rd year student at Montana U. has / had a '97 Cherokee Country with all the bells and whistles. While trying to help someone out of a ditch on an icy snowy road the jeep was smashed by a diesel rig. As you may expect, it was totalled by the insurance company.

Have a strange tire wear problem on the wifey's 93 ZJ, the inner edges (almost inner 1/3rd) or the front tires are worn almost bare, This suggests a problem with the camber angle, in reading about this I have found that the camber on the ZJ is non-adjustable, any ideas what ...

I saw a post asking which was better & have watched a guy get his H2 stuck in mud that I can drive my TJ through, which is close to the Rubi with my upgrades. The H2 got pulled out by a 4 wheeler

I just installed a reman NP231 with the SYE. Lo and behold the input and output yolks of the T-case won't accept the stock U-joint straps and bolts. The stock U-joint strap bolts are 3/16 and thread into the stock yolks. The new T-case yolks have 1/4" holes and are unthreaded. ...

I installed a new battery in my '88 Wrangler but connected the wires backwards. Needless to say there were sparks, hissing and smoke coming from either the bottom of the battery or below the battery. The car starts and runs but the radio does not work and the volt meter shows

Hi Group - Has anyone had any experiences with Fastrac soft tops? I have been "negotiating" with an ebay company that sells both Fastrac and Bestop soft tops. The seller claims the Fastrac is a bit better than the Supertop. He says the material (Haartz) is just a bit thicker.

Any of you CJ / audio experts have advice on installing a standard (radio, CD) deck into that "way_to_small" access port in the CJ dashes ??? ..... my 1985 vintage radio / cassette deck finally packed it in ......... and in trying to find something that installs into that port looks ...
