I about to lift the body off the frame of my 93 wrangler. But three bolts will not move. Two are just plain tight the other is spinning. I can not get to the nuts/plates to stop them from spinning. Any suggestions or help?

2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport,4L 4WD. Need to replace the transfer case rear output seal. Before I get under there can somone tell me what they used to seat the seal? Will a deep socket work or a cut section of PVC pipe?
