Is there any specifications for vacuum readings for the 258 engine. To look
for vacuum leaks can you just check the general vacuum readings and if they
are not right then look for problems? I have an 85 cj-7 which runs rough and
stalls. All new ignition components, fuel filter, ...

Here is what is happening:
Had a coolant leak and it was a busted head bolt.  Got that problem fix
and then did the Nutter bypass.  All was well and good for 2 weeks.
