Only 31,750 miles!!!!  Just getting broken in!! I live .5 miles from
work and never did any real off roading.  She's still a virgin.
I am the original owner, I ordered it and babied her. I'm getting ready

Best lift on YJ30 Jun 2006 01:37 GMT5
So now my teardown is complete and the body and frame are out to sand
blasting I need to decide on a lift kit.
I have a 93 YJ that will be intended for mostly beach driving and some
off-road. I live in PA so I will be somewhat limited in my trails.

Newbie Question: What accessories do Jeep most love?29 Jun 2006 04:07 GMT35
Hey! Newbie, here, just wanted to get a sense of what accessories or
parts are most popular out there for Jeep Wrangler/TJs 2003.
I especially had in mind which versions of products are most accepted
and plugged, so for example, I'm thinking bicycle racks, storage rack
02 Liberty lift29 Jun 2006 01:20 GMT59
I am thinking about putting a lift kit in my 02 Liberty.  Nothing
radical just enough to get it up a little so I don't use the skip plates
as plows as often as I do now.  The Libby is towed behind my motor home
so I don't want to effect the steering geometry or general ...
Chrysler engineers are geniuses...28 Jun 2006 20:41 GMT16
My hat goes off to those guys.  Anyone that can design a vehicle
(Cherokee in this case) whose body can last for YEARS, while made out of
metal just slightly thicker than your average two-ply bath tissue has
GOT to be a genius.

Sad news.   Sounds like they used a Clevis between two straps and had a
strap break.
4 inch suspension nitpicking28 Jun 2006 14:02 GMT42
The lift on my tj right now came with 1 inch transfer case drop spacers, and
only replaced the lower control arms for the front and back.  I had the SYE
kit added and a pair of adjustable upper rear control arms added so I could
get rid of the spacers and adjust my pinion angle.  ...

I parked it a while back when the hydraulic clutch wasn't engaging

Paint for side bars28 Jun 2006 04:51 GMT12
Have a Jeep Wrangler with the nurf bars starting to rust. They are
originally painted with a black powder coat. If I repaint them, what would
be the best type of paint to use? I was thinking of using an epoxy primer
with acrylic enamel. Any opinions? Also is there any way of ...
