I have an 84 cj-7 and i dont know a lot about them... but i've done pretty well restoring it from its previous condition of scarecrow in a field.. anyways i have replaced the carb/spark plugs/spark plug wires/ fuel filter/ air filter... but i have a continuous muffled backfire...

I have a 1991 Jeep Wrangler. I am in process of swapping out the engine. I was told that the engine I purchased was a 91 4.0L from a Cherokee. It is 4.0L and everything looked great, until the sleeve for my pilot bearing would not fit the new cherokee pilot bearing hole.

My transmission is leaking i noticed this when i seen smoke from the back of my jeep it looks like its leaking from the bellhouseing i see it drip from inside the bellhouse cover and on to the exhaust would this be a front seal if so how much does a transmission shop charge usually ...

It seems like a good deal. The price started out as below invoice. Plus a $500 rebate, but I caught the dealer trying to add in a destination charge twice. Plus he told me he has to add a few other small things. All these little "fees". One was $250 another $50. I
