OK, I have scoured my XJ (1992 Cherokee Laredo 4 door) and cannot locate the horn. NO, not the horn button on the steering wheel, the HORN - you know,

| Jeep stopped with AC on | 26 Aug 2006 01:38 GMT | 9 |
Last week, the service engine light was on. I went to Jeep and they said "front pinion seal leaking" and "recommends BG induction service". This happened when I put the AC on and the Jeep just stopped. I had to turn the ignition on again.

| 2008 Jeep Liberty photos | 25 Aug 2006 13:08 GMT | 14 |
Current Liberty styling will undergo a major change for '08. There will be similarities with the current Dodge Nitro (being built at the same factory as current Liberty's). The Nitro will be the "on-road" version, giving Dodge customers a

| Jeep Wrangler--back end slides out when turning | 25 Aug 2006 05:52 GMT | 19 |
I have a 94 Jeep Wrangler. Recently, I've noticed that when I turn, it feels like my back end is sliding out--even when I'm cornering at slow speeds on dry roads. At first I thought I was just imagining it, but recently, when the

| Throttle Body Cleaning On JGC V-8 | 25 Aug 2006 05:45 GMT | 15 |
I have a 1993 JGC that is starting to have a problem with rapid throttle movement at slow speeds. If you push on the gas too much, then back off quickly, the engine will die. The Jeep dealer said I probably need to clean the throttle body. They want $120. It hasn't

| New Jeep Cherokee Owner, Advice Please. | 25 Aug 2006 04:36 GMT | 10 |
I bought a Jeep Cherokee yesterday. I've never had a 4x4 before, I always had hot hatches, but I woke up the other day and fancied a 4x4 - it must be middle-age creeping up on me! Next I'll be wearing uni-sex jeans and having a bonfire on a Sunday afternoon.

| CAN protocol? | 24 Aug 2006 23:16 GMT | 6 |
My '97 ZJ (grand cherokee) has a stamp in the engine bay that reads "Made in Cananda". Does this mean that it has a CAN protocol regarding a OBDII scanner? I'm looking to purchase a scanner, and don't want to buy the wrong one.

| A/C problem 96 GC | 24 Aug 2006 22:39 GMT | 1 |
My son's 96 Grand Cherokee is stuck with the A/C in the "hi-lo" mode. Dash controls have no effect. I assume there is a vacuum actuator(s) which operates a damper(s) buried in the dash. How hard is it to gain access? Any web sites that show how? His Chilton manual is useless on ...

| WJ front propeller/drive shaft | 24 Aug 2006 11:38 GMT | 7 |
My WJ started making a humming noise at speeds greater than 15 mph. When this happened on my YJ, it was due to a worn ring and pinion in the rear dif. I inspected the rings and pinions on both the front and rear difs as part of other maintenance
