I'm considering buying 1998 Jeep Wrangler. Both low and high 4 wheel drive engage and operate correctly but the dash lights do not illuminate. I've checked fuses. Where is the sending unit?

Folks, Does anyone know the position of the window crank (handle) when the window is fully rolled up? I have a Jeep TJ and disassembled both inside door panels. I didn't note the crank position on the shaft.

is there or how do I adjust clutch pedal so starter engages ? have been having some trouble finding sweet spot for starter to engage . anyone have this problem and know the fix ? thanks
