| Towbar plans? | 11 Aug 2006 03:49 GMT | 13 |
I'm looking to weld up a tobar and am looking for some plans. Specifically, I'm wondering what to make the thing out of. I'm a weldor by trade and have access to 1x2, 2x2, and 1.5x1.5 inch tubing. I'm just wondering which one I should use. The towed vehicle is 3200

| XJ name that part/pieces | 11 Aug 2006 03:42 GMT | 7 |
Crap. Past couple of days I notice my fuel economy going to hell, got home from work today and was about to leave again when the xj wouldn't crank. Opened up the hood and the first injector was spewing gas everywhere, so I replaced all fuel injector o-rings.

I have an '06 TJ just purchased in July. We have had a couple of extremely HOT and HUMID days here in Kentucky. I was setting idle waiting for a light to change. When I turned right, water poured from the blower area under the dash and into my shoe. I felt in the blower

I hope this doesn't tick anyone here off but in the greater scheme of things it's recommendations like these that makes a board like this beneficial to all. I needed a panel for the shifter opening in the floor, and found

| Electrical Problem! Help!! | 10 Aug 2006 23:39 GMT | 11 |
I believe my problem may be related to relays or fuses. I have a 91 yj, 2.5, 5 speed. I went to start it up today and nothing happened. I could hear the fuel pump kick on and the relays next to the battery tick. Other than that, there was no sound or turning over at all. Up to this

| '96 ZJ front end rebuild | 10 Aug 2006 22:41 GMT | 2 |
My '96 6 cyl Laredo (128,000 miles) is showing the first signs of death wobble. I'm planning to replace the shocks and springs (most likely OME) and the steering damper but while I'm at it I'm thinking I should go ahead and replace as many of the front end components as feasible.

I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee from hell. I recently had the transmisson rebuilt. (It was not engaging). I also had the radiator replaced. Because the engine was reving and the transmission was not engaging, it blew the radiator.

| a/c leak - compressor | 10 Aug 2006 11:11 GMT | 3 |
Found my a/c leak today - dye all over the front of the compressor at the seam where the flat plate bolts onto the front end. I don't see any leak down by the shaft, but I assume that it would be just good practice to change the shaft seal while I'm in there. Biggest

| 1975 Cherokee 360; oil jetting out of filter | 09 Aug 2006 22:48 GMT | 9 |
Just inserted a rebuilt 360 into my 75 Jeep Cherokee. Started up great; except oil jets out of the top of the oil filter at the rate of about a pint a second. My suspicion is that the oil pressure relief valve is not opening. What accentuates my suspicion is that the

I have a cherokee 96 4.0. The oil pressure seems to be a bit off? It's a auto. When started cold the gauge reads around 60 psi. Then once warms seems to drop down to around 40.
