Can anyone provide me with a detailed wiring diagram for a Warn HS9500i

What is the real story with the Aluminum Dana 44 differential?
Just how strong (or weak) is it?
Does it have maintenance and reliability problems?
Noise in 9" Ford rear axle22 Sep 2006 01:38 GMT14
I have a feeling that this is going to be worse than I first thought, but I
have a question for you axle gurus before I tear in to this thing. The axle
is not in a Jeep, but I'm asking here because this is the only group whose
judgment I trust.

Clicking AMC 20 rear end21 Sep 2006 14:51 GMT14
I hear a click coming from the left rear (driver's side) wheel sometimes
when I initially put a load on it.  If I go forward about 5 feet from a dead
stop, I hear it.  Then, if I back up from a dead stop, I hear it.  I'm
guessing it's the two piece axle going bad from being over ...

91 Cherokee Vibrations20 Sep 2006 17:59 GMT1
Since quite a while I get some vibrations probably from the rear wheels
on my 91 Cherokee (453,000 km).  I had the tires electronically
balanced numerous times; I rotated them all over the place; I bought a
new (used) rim because I thought the vibration came from the old rim.

cool. I have replaced the motor resister (speed control) but the same thing
happens. Is there a thermo overload built into the fan ...

92 YJ stock front axle and steering:
I've got a severely loose Passenger side Tie Rod end. Looks to me like the
ball joint itself is not replaceable and the passenger side doesn't have a
threaded end, so it looks like I'll have to replace the entire tie rod. I
