Can anyone provide me with a detailed wiring diagram for a Warn HS9500i winch. I had the winch in at a local shop for repairs...... the shop went out of business and I got everything back in pieces!

What is the real story with the Aluminum Dana 44 differential? Just how strong (or weak) is it? Does it have maintenance and reliability problems?

I have a feeling that this is going to be worse than I first thought, but I have a question for you axle gurus before I tear in to this thing. The axle is not in a Jeep, but I'm asking here because this is the only group whose judgment I trust.

I hear a click coming from the left rear (driver's side) wheel sometimes when I initially put a load on it. If I go forward about 5 feet from a dead stop, I hear it. Then, if I back up from a dead stop, I hear it. I'm guessing it's the two piece axle going bad from being over ...

I have a 1996 jeep wrangler 4cyl and would like to put a 302 from a 1988 ford f-150. Can anyone tell me if it is possable to do so and what steps i would have to take?

any willing to express an opinion on a suspension lift kit I need to replace all the springs the rear ones are shot for sure so it can not be an add a leaf kit needs to come with complete springs and price is an option i would like to stay in the 600-800 range

'98 TJ 4.0L Manual Have developed a rattle somewhere in the engine. Has gotten progressively more noticeable at idle and very low RPM. Just can't seem to pinpoint it over the engine noise. Any typical problems I should

Since quite a while I get some vibrations probably from the rear wheels on my 91 Cherokee (453,000 km). I had the tires electronically balanced numerous times; I rotated them all over the place; I bought a new (used) rim because I thought the vibration came from the old rim.

Ok quick question(s). Tonight the wifes ZJ would not start for her, it cranks over great but no start. The fuel pump goes wirrrrrrrrrrr when the key is turned as it should. Battery voltage seems ok (12.04v with everything off).

On my 2001 Jeep Cherokee after about 1 hour of running the A/C the blower motor turns almost off. Only a little air blows but what does come out is cool. I have replaced the motor resister (speed control) but the same thing happens. Is there a thermo overload built into the fan ...

92 YJ stock front axle and steering: I've got a severely loose Passenger side Tie Rod end. Looks to me like the ball joint itself is not replaceable and the passenger side doesn't have a threaded end, so it looks like I'll have to replace the entire tie rod. I

I have a 98 GC and got the error code p0720. Got a new speed sensor from JEEP, the one in the tranny. can anyone tell me where it is located on the tranny. It is not the one on the t-case output. Thanks,
