How can I tell if I have one? I want to change the gear lubes. Will it hurt to just put in the friction additive any way.

I have a 91 XJ with the AW4 transmission. I would like to bypass the neutral safety switch. Any ideas on how to do this.

Thanks for the replies, here is some more info on the beastie. 4.0 litre l6 with 21 thousand miles, Selec Trac with 42RE 4 speed auto trans, manual climate control, Dana 30 front axle, and a 3.55 axle ratio. Having had a good look at the underside I would say that this

My wife is thinking of buying an '04 GC. Is there anything I should be aware of or looking for? I have already given it a once over and nothing jumped out and bit me. Anyone have any thoughts/comments/praise/gripes concerning the GCs ?

Help needed I have a 1977 CJ5 jeep with a V8 and stock rear end. The rear differental failed and was replaced with a spool by previous owner now I am putting a differental back in to the rear end and could use any information on installation and set up.

Does anyone know of a source for a 2006 Liberty Service Manual. Jeep wants $350 for one, which soounds a little extreme to me. I guess I will have to find a CD somewhere since they are only about $90. I was just hoping someone might know of a source elsewhere.

Same old, I have replaced the rubber under the windshield frame...even put silicone on the outside edge. hose under hood is clear..still I get water on the floor (both sides) when it rains. Any help will be fantastic

My 93 cherokee has an odd squeeking sound coming from one of the driver's side wheels. Very speratic, and does not require application of the brakes. Any ideas?

I'm currently looking at on/offroad tires for my jeep, does anybody know what would be the maximum size tires that I would be able to fit on the 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport without getting any type of lift?
