Hey Folks, Has anyone ever tried to replace the resistor pack for the speed selector switch on a late model TJ? My 2003 Wranglers speed switch only works on the max setting and the local dealer said that it was the resistor pack. I have the part but don't have a clue how to put ...

| TJ Power Steering Fluid Leak | 13 Sep 2006 02:30 GMT | 4 |
I've got new marks on the ground, just below the steering gear box; and splatter marks on the underside of the hood just above the power steering fluid reservoir. I see no obvious leak points in this area (but the bottom of the gear box is wet). The fluid level was a little low ...

We've just had the first cooler mornings and in turning on the heat for the first time since spring, I noticed that the blower is putting out air in all three positions (dash, floor, defrost) no matter where the control is set. Apparently the controller which changes the venting is

| '93 Grand Cherokee 5.2 tranny? | 12 Sep 2006 04:05 GMT | 6 |
Quick question (I hope). Which tranny is in my '93 Grand 5.2L? Some websites say there was one offered, others say that there was two, and others forget the 5.2L altogether. How do I tell the different models apart? It has an NP249 t-case and the old style tranny mount, if that ...

I was wondering how good the 4 cylinder engines are in these jeeps. Is it a good option for medium-core 4-wheeling on the cheap? I know the I6's are great (I used to have a Cherokee), but will the I4 be a good compromise with gas prices the way they are? Also how about the
