I put a new O2 sensor in a month ago, but it is still running rich. I have
gone through and cleaned out the TB, and TPS & AIC sensors, still rich.

The fan for blowing air inside my Jeep has been slowly degrading
performance.  At first I though it was me.  But as of this morning, the
only cycle that works for blowing air is the highest setting.  The
three lower settings do not turn the fan on at all.
