My Jeep Wrangler failed the smog check (for CA) again this year.
Two years ago it failed with NO of over 1000 (at Test Only) and the max
is 517. The repair shop said I needed to fix X things: new radiator,

Ok I have a problem.  Bought a hard top and wiring harness for my Jeep
Unlimited.  I followed their picture diagrams for the wiring harness
install.  Wipers work on the rear window but the defroster doesn't.  It
doesn't even appear to have power.  I do have a spare 10 amp micro ...

i just changed the exhaust manifold on my 95 jeep cherokee  4.0 and now
for some reason its runnign rough.  is there anyway the timming jumped
just by changing the manifold.  if not,  any suggestions why it might
be running rough. it was intitially kind of hard to get it started ...

I've got an '04 TJ I6. I don't intend to do any major repair work, but I
want a reference to help diagnose any problems I might have down the
road. This manual goes up to '03. How much will I be missing? Or will it
be "close enough for government work"?

Hay I got a 1997 sahara and all gauges stop working along with radio dome
light and lighter still have dash light and low fuel light and turn
signals flashes but none of gauges everthing stop at same time.Pulled dash
out and worked with pins in plug no help.........Can anyone help ...

2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic
My ignition switch won't turn. This has been an intermittent problem
that would be cured with a few jiggles and twists, but now it seems to
have become a permanent condition.

I have a check engine light on, and the code is reading a 12 and a 72.
I know what the 12 means, but could not find any explanation for a
reading of 72. Anyone know what this means?

where can i get a diagram or printout location for the sensors on a 1999
jeep cherokee  sport 4.0 . the  haynes manual is hard to follow and the
diagram under my hood is not there, due to pressure washing at some
dealership. thank-you for any nformation.

Does the drive shaft (front) rotate while in 2H, on a 95 YJ. I have
vibration in the steering wheel and shifter at highway speeds. When I
let off the acelerator, it stops. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your response even selecting gears manually under car with linkage removed does not work I now suspect internal damage within transfer case (it is full to mark of oil) if I could just get it into 2hi or 4hi at least then I could use car to find a replacement (not easy ...
