I was tinkering with the Jeep and debating whither I want to tackle the
harmonic balancer today (no, I don't have a pusher and HATE messing with
 those things, I've had nightmare experiences with them on
Studebakers), it will wait (I hope) until next weekend and the right tools.

I've got a Honda Accord (99) which i had converted to gas a year ago.
When I drive the car in petrol mode, its fine and never cuts off. But
when I drive in gas mode, its fine for a few days, but then the

Hello all first post here.....
I have been having some issues with a whirring noise in the rear end
of my TJ.  I assumed that it was the transfer case so I tore that down
and opened it up and found no issues.  So upon further inspection I

Seems like every spring I have to recharge the air condt system. I'm
wondering if a can of the dye would help in spotting the leak. The
evaporator was replaced by Jeep two years ago. Is a leak usuall du to
bad O rings in the compressor?

I have the Haynes manual and see where it describes replacing the steering
gear but I find no instructions for filling it with oil and adjusting it to
remove free play from the steering wheel. I can remember doing this before
but I can not remember how I knew what to do - I guess ...

my  '06  tj    with 5000   miles on it .....and the brakes are  pulsating
......is this  a  common problem  .....don't want to turn the rotators  this
