Can a 4-tire TPM system be "mistakenly" reprogrammed to a 5-tire TPM system causing an error message to display on the EVIC reading "TIRE SENSOR BAD/MISSING"?? If so, can this be reset by the owner and how? Thank you

I have a 98 GC, 4.0 auto. The check engine light came on ant the code is P0720, output shaft speed sensor circuit. I got part # 1-04800879 (the sensor). Can somebody who has the factory shop manual scan me the troubleshooting/repair steps for this code.

I have a '97 TJ. When it rains I get a lot of water collecting inside the trunk. The leak is between the seal and the tailgate window at the top. I have put silicone dressing on the rubber but that did not help.
