Injector Cleaning07 Jun 2007 15:31 GMT8
My '93 JGC V-8 is starting to stumble around a bit.  The dealer and a
friend in the business said my injectors need cleaning.  Things like
plugs, wires, distributor cap, etc. have been taken care of.  What is
a good injector cleaner?  One that was highly recommended was BG 44K

Re: 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport Question #1-Towing-Transmission07 Jun 2007 01:29 GMT2
Sam, the Cherokee has an external tranny cooler and you won't need
another to tow your motorcycle.  It's rated to tow 5000 lbs, n

I used to tow my 3500 boat up and down the mountains of the SW US wit
Transmission problems...new torque converter?06 Jun 2007 23:49 GMT15
For those of you that remember I was the one that got mud in my
transmission a few weeks ago. It was cleaned out and flushed several
times, and the band (the one on the outside of the transmission) has
been adjusted. It drives perfectly unless I drive it hard. If I drive

"Dieseling" as yours sounds like it is doing is often caused by a
build-up of carbon inside the combustion chambers.  The carbo

weird rotor wear on '96 GC06 Jun 2007 22:35 GMT10
I was rotating my tires this weekend ('96 GC Laredo 6cyl 134k miles)and

brake rotor was HEAVILY scored. The drivers side front brakes and

Last week my '96 Grand Laredo 6 cyl. wouldn't start. When i turned the

Overheating cured !!  /  New Question !!06 Jun 2007 12:01 GMT7
Several months ago, I reported about my 2000 JGC  overheating at very high
speeds or when climbing a long hill.   Many good ideas and advice was
offered, but I think the concensus was that I needed to replace the
radiator.  I have now done this, and it indeed fully cured the ...

How much grease to put in fittings on 2004 Rubicon?05 Jun 2007 14:06 GMT5
This is the first car I've owned that had fittings that you had to use
a grease gun on.  I was doing it yesterday and I realized I have no
idea how to tell when I've pumped enough grease in.  I had been taking
the car to the dealer for service due to coupons for oil, filter,
