My 1990 Jeep Cherokee Laredo is having electrical problems. The fan
blower, radio, turn signals, winshield wipers, and rear de-fogger are

There is a high pitched noise when I push the button to turn on the a/c.
The noise isn't there when I just run the fan.  Sounds like a belt?
