Folks, I just purchased a 1959 CJ5 jeep and would like to get some
recommendations on best repair/maintenance manuals to purchase. I see
various manuals by a number of different companies.
Also if you have any preferred parts suppliers who you have had good

Quick question. Does the tranny on my '93 Grand (5.2L/46RH/NP249) have a
seal, or is the seal on the front of the transfer case like it was on the
700R4 in my late GMC Jimmy? I'm dripping ATF, I'm just wondering if it's a
seal on the tranny or simply the gasket/RTV between the cases ...

I was in a bad accident my left hand doesn't work like it used
to.Driveing a standard transmission vehicle is fun but not safe for me
or anyone else on the road.

I have a 1997 TJ Sport with power steering. I posted this question a
while ago but never really got an answer. The problem is that the
steering wheel does not *completely* return to center after a turn. It

Where is the fusible link on a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee ? will turn over but

We have a 2004 TJ with a 4.0L and an automatic tranny that has (in my
opinion) an issue that I would like to get resolved and I am wondering
if anyone else has seen or had this problem.

This car has the Quadra Drive.    It has  145,000 miles on it.
I had the oil changed in this car today.   The mechanic checked all of the
fluids, and found them all ok, except for the transfer case, which he said
was very low.   He filled it up with Dextron III.   My manual says ...

My 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee's check engine light came on 2 weeks ago the same
day the motor for my driver side window died. I took the car in and had the
window motor replaced & a temp coolant switch replaced. Since then the check
engine light came back on & after having the codes ...
