I love this group. You all have been great. Now another question. Is there a kit available to convert the rear window on a cherokee to open as a lift gate? Thanks again.

I've been away from this newsgroup for a while and just thought I'd drop back and see if Bill Hughes is still shooting his mouth off. Just as I thought.

| Re: whats good oil pressure wrangler 4lt | 31 Oct 2007 05:09 GMT | 1 |
Oil pressure will always vary up and down directly in step with the engine rpms. The faster the engine is turning, the higher the oil pressure and visa-versa. "2ish" is actually around 20 psi and is fin at lower rpms. I use the 10 psi for every 1K of engine rpms as

| Gas prices | 29 Oct 2007 06:06 GMT | 34 |
Today crude prices closed at an all time high of $90.60. Gas prices will follow it pretty soon. You would have already seen a $0.10 cent increase in the last ten days. I have posted some articles and ideas in my discussion board - http://groups.google.com/group/cheapstuff

| '97 GC door panels | 29 Oct 2007 05:08 GMT | 14 |
My door panels, driver and passenger side, have been separating for several years now. The 'soft' part is coming loose at the top. Not only is it ugly, its not very comfortable to rest your arm there. Has anyone found a way to repair this without replacing the entire panel?

| Grand Cherokee Brake Shudder Fix (I think) | 29 Oct 2007 04:56 GMT | 24 |
my 1999 Grand Cherokee front brakes used to shudder like they would fall apart. I know this is a huge problem with Grand Cherokees. Brake assembly (TB) and rotors were replaced by the dealer (under warranty). Rotors were replaced three times too no avail. Dealer finally told ...

| VW Overheating | 29 Oct 2007 04:56 GMT | 93 |
My 1985 Passat runs too hot. It's been getting progressively worse over the last five years. It's not the rad or the theremostat. I think it's the corrosion in the water galleries getting slowly worse restricting the flow. Is there a solution to this other than a new engine? Any ...

| Cherokee shocks | 27 Oct 2007 22:56 GMT | 7 |
I'm changing my rear shocks on my 96 Cherokee. The prices range from $20-$100+ per shock. I'm looking for decent ones. I don't do off road, so I'd rather have a smoother ride.

| tj rubicon with old man emu | 27 Oct 2007 12:13 GMT | 2 |
My name is dave and i'm a jeep-a-holic. I recently got my second jeep and decided to go ahead with the rubicon. It seemed to be more of the jeep i wanted my last one to become. I liked the bigger tires, the extra height and the dana 44's. I also don't mind roughing it up a
