My distributor cap and rotor seem to 'wear out' quickly. Within months the cap's contacts are pitted and/or burned and the rotor's tip burned and/ or worn. The engine runs smooth. I guess the computer adjusts. But I probably could

My MIL 'flashed' 3 codes one for Alternator, one for temp and one for power loss because of my serpentine belt breaking. Everything is fixed. Will it clear itself w/o disconnecting battery? Is there some other way, like turning the ignition on/off 50 times?

Just an update on the delayed start problem with my '95 YJ. I just got a new computer installed and it solved the problem. Now the check engine light and fuel pump turn on right away when the key is turned to run, the jeep seems to have a bit more power, and the idle is a bit
