diesel wrangler18 Mar 2008 21:44 GMT31
Is there any news on the diesel wrangler yet ?  I would
buy one and pay MSRP today !  The 3.8L gas motor
is very marginal for this vehicle.  The 3.0L diesel in the
grand cherokee would be awesome in the wrangler.
Help Installing a Radio in a Cherokee18 Mar 2008 14:36 GMT4
I just got a 1990 Cherokee and the previous owner decided to take out
all four speakers and cut the wiring harness. I can currently find 13
wires and the antenna plug. I only intend on installing two speakers
because I'll never be in the back and I don't have that much money.
Answering my own question - XJ Rear Discs17 Mar 2008 15:26 GMT10
A month or two ago, I asked whether stock XJ wheels would still fit if
Liberty Rear Discs were mounted onto my '98 XJ.
On Saturday AM, I pulled the rear brake parts from a crashed '07
Liberty.  They essentially were a direct bolt-on, and the stock wheels

change the oil on my YJ and the wife's XJ.....
Well the XJ's hood release cable came off in my hand --- looked like maybe
two strands were just holding on and decided to let go today. Luckily the

When I first start up in the morning the catalytic converter rattles like
the dickens until it warms up (about a minute). The muffler has peeled a
layer of rust.

combo's for a KJ that I'm picking up this week. If I remember rite,
best spot to mount is above the tire carrier.

2008 Acura TSX:Sporty and economic, with room for baby.
This car has been a joy to drive in the few short days that I've
driven it. It handles well, has excellent fuel economy and is roomy
without losing the sporty feel. At 28k, it's probably the most
Help 89 Cherokee Ball Joints15 Mar 2008 00:47 GMT7
I'm looking at replacing some bits on my front end and since I'll be working
in the area, I'm thinking about replacing the ball joints (are they ball
joints or really king pins?).  In any case, I don't want to go to the effort
if there is nothing wrong with the existing ball ...

I'm looking for advice for shocks for my 89 Cherokee.  I don't do a lot of
four wheeling but do a little snow driving on the way up to the ski hill.
Here are some other details:
