My '95 YJ (2.5, AX5) has a slight hesitation right when the clutch is
let out and the gas starts to be applied.  It seems to happen in any
gear.  At first I thought it was my driving but even trying reving
more, letting the clutch out different ways, etc., it still has that

Bought a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee at a school auction, jeep was donated to
the automotive class as a project. Previous owner of jeep that donated the
jeep said the dealer said it needed a new engine. School class found 2 bent
pushrods and under the valve cover was all gummed up ...

Just brought home an 47 Willy's . Runs great needs some brake work .
Not sre if i need a new clutch or linkage. Was driving it around the
yard and after 20 minutes of fun the tranny would not go into gear.
Pushed it back to the garage for the night. The next day i started it up

The passenger seatbelt is stuck. I have no idea what caused it - no intense
offroading, daily driving, etc ...then one day my dad got in and it wouldn't
unwind so he could put it on. I've tried a dust-cleaner compressed air in

(can't remember which to call it, but not the select trac... it has just 4h
and 4l full time settings) and obviously an automatic.  I don't know what

So after an hour on google, what is everyones recomendation on doing the
valve cover gasket on a CJ7 258 engine, cork, rubber? RTV or not? Torque
specs?
 Installed a rebuilt engine 2 years ago, new gasket leaked a small amount

I have a 93 grand cherokee with 200Kmiles. It idles smoothly and runs
ok but I cannot hold a steady rpm over 1000 RPM.It surges slightly
over a 300 RPM range. I've replaced cap, rotor, wires, coil, and
plugs. I've checked all the vaccum hoses for leaks. I even went as far

Hey all,
Wondering how much drive line vibration I am going to encounter with a
4" short arm lift.  I am looking to install myself in the next few
weeks and want to know if the SYE is essential.  I mean essential.  I

The drivers side floor boards have rusted out. Is there a replacement
sheet metal part available or am I going to have to fabricated this
myself?
